New online store and your
account migration

We are upgrading our e-commerce platform to provide a smoother, faster and more secure shopping experience. The new online store will be launched later this week, and we want to inform you in advance about a few important points.


Changes to
user accounts

With the launch of the new online store, there will be changes related to user accounts:

  • The old online store’s transaction history (orders and saved carts) will be removed and will not be transferred to the new system
  • User accounts that have not been logged into during the past three years will be deleted entirely.
  • Account activation instructions will be published soon when the rollout of the new online store begins.

What information is transferred
to the new online store?

The following information will be transferred automatically from the old platform to the new one:

  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Online payment details (business customers)
  • Business ID (business customers)
  • Contact details
  • Username (email address)
Data transfer will take place within one week of the launch.

Previous orders and
shopping carts

Previous orders will not be transferred to the new online store.

However, you can save your previous orders and carts as PDF files before the change.

We will publish instructions for saving in the new online store’s help blog and add the link as soon as the instructions are available.

  • The saving option will be available for a limited time (a more detailed schedule will be announced later)
  • Saving the data is the customer’s responsibility
