Jianghai Square Leaded DC-Link Capacitor Series CBB 138 DS

Rated for operation at up to 105 °C ambient, UL 810 listed, compact size dc-link capacitor series CBB 138 DS from Jianghai covers the voltage range from 450 ~ 1200 V while the capacitance comprises values from 1 ~ 170 μF. The advanced, self-healing polypropylene dielectric in conjunction with the in-house heavy edge metallization result in superior ripple current capability while being compact in size. The 2- and 4-pin types in a UL 94 V-0 recognized, square plastic encapsulation yield low serial inductance and best volumetric efficiency. This makes the capacitors an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications, e.g. frequency converters and power supplies. The design of the IEC 61071 compliant series can be adapted to provide customized solutions.

Jianghai DC-Link Capacitor Series CBB 131 DL

Housed in cylindrical aluminum cans, Jianghai’s CBB 131 DL series of metallized polypropylene film dclink capacitors offer a broad range of capacitance (44 ~ 7200 μF) and voltage (600 ~ 3600 V) ratings. Specified for operation at up to 85 °C, the self-healing capacitors provide both high ripple current capability and excellent reliability. This makes the capacitors an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications, e.g. high-power frequency converters, renewable energy inverters, motion control, elevators, and welding. The IEC 61071 and UL 810 compliant series boasts with a variety of top deck designs and terminal shapes to provide an optimum fit into each application. Customized designs are available on request.

Jianghai’s Low Profile DC-Link Capacitor Series CBB 136 DP and CBB 136G DG

Rated for operation at up to 85 °C ambient, low profile, UL 810 recognized dc-link capacitor series CBB 136 DP from Jianghai covers the voltage range from 600 ~ 1200 V while the capacitance comprises values from 60 ~ 645 μF. The CBB 136G DG extends the usable temperature range even to 105 °C and offers capacitance values from 55 ~ 220 μF and rated voltages from 600 ~ 1000 V. The self-healing polypropylene dielectric in conjunction with flat formfactor design result in superior ripple current capability while being compact in size. The capacitors are available in “ear-mount” and cylindrical plastic encapsulations (UL 94 V-0) which make them the ideal choice for demanding industrial applications, e.g. high-power frequency converters, renewable energy inverters, motion control, elevators, and welding. The design of the IEC 61071 compliant series can be adapted to provide customized solutions.
